Our guards have multiple advantages over other tubular heater guards on the market.

The STG range of AIANO tubular heater guards – thermostatic

Our STG range of thermostatic tubular heater guards is designed to be compatible with all the leading tubular heaters with thermostats, including Sunhouse, Creda, Dimplex, and many more.
The STG range of AIANO tubular heater guards has been developed in partnership with GDC Group (Dimplex), the world’s largest manufacturer of electrical heating equipment manufacturer.
The STG range has been specifically engineered to fit Dimplex thermostatic tubular heaters, with each guard being the correct size for each Dimplex heater model. The STG range of AIANO tubular heater guards is also compatible with tubular heaters with thermostats that are equivalent to Dimplex ECOT range in size.
The THG range of AIANO tubular heater guards – non-thermostatic
Our THG range of non-thermostatic tubular heater guards is designed to be compatible with all the leading tubular heaters without thermostats, including Thermotube, Hylite and so on.
Tubular heater guards vary significantly in size and AIANO is the only manufacturer of tubular heater guards to have two distinct product ranges, each to suit different makes of tubular heaters in use.

Quality materials
AIANO’s expert welders and fabricators use only high quality materials. Our steel mesh and round bar is manufactured in the UK and EU.
Both our THG and STG range of tubular heater guards are made from 1” x ½” 16 gauge (25mm x 13mm x 1.63mm) weld mesh on a 5 gauge (5.38mm) rod frame, with movable clips which can be attached to any part of the frame.

ream and the STG range of thermostatic tubular heater guards is epoxy-polyester coated in white after manufacture.
Both ranges of AIANO tubular heater guards are supplied with movable p-clips which can be attached to any part of the frame. They can be fitted outside the frame for an easier installation or inside the frame for an ‘invisible’ fixing.
AIANO stocks every size increment of both THG and STG range of tubular heater guards from 1ft to 6ft (1ft, 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, 5ft and 6ft).
